How it works
  1. After your consultation, you will book your appointment and receive an initial email and text confirmation.

  2. Respond with the meeting address, name of signers, and the document for review.

  3. Once we confirm with a notary, you will receive a second email confirming the date, time, as well as your notary’s contact information.

  4. The notary will contact the signer when on-site to complete the signing.

  5. Documents will be scanned, and a copy will be emailed to the parties involved. The original will be handed to the designated recipient. (***Note: Speedy Mobile Notary Services package does not include copies, scanning, or emailing documents)

Note: Requires up to 24 hours advance notice. Additional travel fees will be added for locations outside of our normal service area. Please call (904) 274-2825 for same-day on-site visits.
