**What Types of Documents Do You Notarize?**
We can notarize almost all types of documents that need notarization, including but not limited to: Power of Attorney (POA), Affidavits, Wills, Loans, Real Estate documents, Form 1583, Prenuptial Agreements, Oaths, Diplomas, and Binding Contracts.

However, there are a few exceptions:
We currently do not notarize:
- Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificates
- Divorce Decrees
- Court-Issued Documents

**What If I Have Additional Signers?**
If your document requires more than one signature, you have two options:
1. Co-located Signers: You and your additional signer can be in the same physical location, log into the session with the notary together on the same device, and have your documents notarized. Valid IDs are required for each signer. All signers must be 18 years or older and of sound mind.
2. Separate Transactions: If the signers are not in the same location, each signer must complete a separate transaction. Each person should request an appointment and upload an unsigned copy of their document. Once completed, each signer will have their documents notarized separately, which can be submitted to the intended agency or institution. All signers are required to have valid IDs and must be 18 years or older and of sound mind.
